About the Author
Jonathan Goodchild is an expert in the use and implementation of the X.25 protocol, both in theory and in practice. He first started working with X.25 in early 1985, whilst working for Racal Milgo Ltd, on a project involving the implementation of an X.25 front-end processor for a host system. Jonathan continued to work on X.25 for The Software Forge Ltd and, since 1998, for FarSite Communications Ltd, implementing the protocol from scratch a number of times in languages including Assembler, Pascal and C.
Jonathan also has extensive experience in the implementation and use of many other networking communications protocols.
